But are you also ready to work at Fabas, where everyone in the team takes over responsibility, leads one's own projects (in your case supported and supervised by our amazing CTO Katharina) and organizes one's own work?

Do you want to apply your knowledge in food processing, application development and food physics in the development of innovative products? We are looking for someone who is ready to contribute their experience and knowledge to help shape and develop innovative food technology.

Do you enjoy working in a dynamic team and have an open, curious, proactive and smoke-free approach to life and work?

Can you check these boxes?

  • Bachelor or Master in food technology, process engineering, biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or in a similar field

  • First experiences in the field of protein extraction or extrusion

  • Minimal know-how in the field of plant proteins or plant-based substitutes

  • Sufficient experience in lab work to organize yourself independently
